Frank Cawthon was born and raised in Orlando and currently owns and operates FHC Development. FHC Development is a real estate development company that develops, manages, and brokers residential subdivision developments to the national builders in Central Florida. In addition, FHC owns and manages some Southeast US timber investment tracts, as well as some multifamily and retail commercial properties. Frank has been married for 21 years to his wife Pam; they have a son who is a freshman soccer player at Clemson University.
Dru is the founder and CEO of Real Thread, a custom screen printing company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. A hoosier at heart, Dru started Real Thread while in college at the University of Central Florida. He has since used his passion of creating amazingly delightful experiences for his team and customers to grow Real Thread into a team of 25, printing half a million shirts a year.
In his time off, Dru enjoys spending time with his wife, Carrie, and their three sons. Dru and Carrie are also active members of the Summit Church and Bible Study Fellowship in Orlando.
Bill has been involved in all phases of real estate development including leasing, finance, design, construction and management since 1978 and in 1984, he formed Helms Roark, Inc., for the purpose of developing strip shopping centers in the Southeast United States. Bill and his company have developed over 25 large retail projects and have been involved in the brokerage and consulting for hundreds of properties over the past 30 years.
Bill graduated with a B.S. in business and finance from Auburn University. He is a member of Frazer United Methodist Church and teaches Sunday school and leads a men’s weekly bible study. He has served as a deacon and elder in churches and led church men’s ministry teams.
Fred and his wife Deb sell residential real estate in Central Florida through Keller Williams Heritage Realty. Prior to moving to Orlando, Fred served as Executive Vice President, and Director, Global Human Resources with Ford Motor Credit, Dearborn, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois, Urban Illinois and graduate studies at Princeton, Princeton, New Jersey.
Larry Mattingly's professional career has been in the petroleum industry, with a specialization in inventing and designing technology-based solutions for blending hydrocarbons to produce optimized finished gasoline. Since the implementation of the Clean Air Act, Larry’s company, Mid-Continent Energy Company, Inc., has worked closely with the EPA to establish blending criteria for a wide array of finished gasoline applications. In 2000, Larry and Terry Looper co-founded a company to develop and install automation to blend butane into gasoline. Through Larry's research and development efforts, he invented and patented what are today's most sophisticated technologies for butane blending at petroleum terminal rack facilities and pipelines. Larry continues to be a partner with Texon LP in the development of both domestic US and International hydrocarbon blending, and currently has multiple patents pending in this arena. Larry's passion for research is second to his love for The Lord and for his wife of 22 years. Larry and his family are residents of Sanford, Florida.
Larry and his wife Kim attend church at St. Andrews Chapel in Sanford, FL, where they have been members for 13 years. Larry serves on the board of Man in the Mirror to help promote a nation-wide initiative to encourage local churches to create men who discipleship men, and change lives. Kim and Larry enjoy spending time discussing scripture, and spending time with family and friends.
With more than 30 years of construction experience, Scott Mccurdy has accumulated extensive industry knowledge - particularly in the area of property Renovation and Reconstruction. As Owner of Coastal Reconstruction Group, a general contractor and disaster restoration firm, Scott has developed a reputation of professionalism, integrity and leadership. Scott's vast experience positions him as an expert resource on disaster recovery and building restoration. He regularly leads educational seminars for industry professionals on topics such as insurance mitigation, disaster preparedness and remediation from wind, water, mold, fire and termite damage.
Scott's greatest achievement is being married for forty years to his lovely wife, Evelyn. He has two children and three grandchildren. Scott enjoys fishing, cooking and his family.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Over the past 19 years, Jimmy has managed multiple P&L's while serving as President, General Manager, Vice President and Chief Marketing officer for various Fortune 500 Companies. Jimmy brings broad-based experience and leadership in expansive growth, new product & service development, acquisitions, strategic marketing, customer relationship management and loyalty programs. Throughout his career, Jimmy has played an integral role in enhancing product/service platforms, integrating new technologies, and escalating companies' reputations to a customer-focused industry leader. Jimmy is also the lay Men’s Pastor for WoodsEdge Community Church in The Woodlands, TX.
Todd founded Mosaic Wealth Management Group in 1996, currently recognized as one of central Florida’s largest wealth management firms. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in business.
After 22 years with Man in the Mirror, David Delk transitioned from his role as CEO to become a member of the Board of Directors. He is the author or co-author of five books, including The Marriage Prayer, The Dad in the Mirror, and No Man Left Behind.
He currently lives in Greenville, SC with his wife, Ruthie and serves as Executive Pastor of Grace Church. They have three grown children.
