Many of you know Daphne Mayer, my Executive Assistant. Daphne just attended the annual Willow Creek Leadership Summit during her sabbatical. She was so inspired that she sent her notes to several of us here at Man in the Mirror headquarters. Her notes are so good that I wanted you to see them too, so here they are as received from Daphne, unedited:
I attended the Willow Creek Leadership Summit (thanks to Aloma UMC) and this was the highlight of that time…thought it was worth sharing. A great insight in working together to be motivating to each other… see you all Monday.
Inspiration - Bill Hybels, 8/11/2007
Huge - 87% less likely to leave if motivated, less sick days, less health problems, less wasted hours, etc.

3) What is the best way to motivate those around me?
For the glory of Christ and no other reason,
