Tyler Sutton is the National Director of Training for Man in the Mirror. Through his role overseeing the training of our team of Area Directors around the country, he is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God.
Tyler’s vision for his role is to provide training that is increasingly excellent so that our field team is equipped to serve churches with increasing excellence. He is grateful for the opportunity to spearhead the effort to train our team from Day 1 of becoming a new Area Director through becoming fully certified as a men’s discipleship consultant.
Tyler was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He joined Man in the Mirror as an Area Director in 2015 after ten years of pastoral ministry in two local churches in Ohio and Indiana. In 2016, Tyler became the West Regional Director, coaching and serving Area Directors in five states. He took on his current role at the end of 2023.
Tyler and his bride, Casey, live in Peoria, AZ and have two incredible kids. He loves sports and is a die-hard fan of his favorite teams: St. Louis Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, Phoenix Suns, and University of Arizona Wildcats. He enjoys barbecuing and thinks the Burger King guy is really creepy.
