Thomas McMillan is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding New Britain to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Thomas has worked in the Insurance industry for over 20 years.  He serves as an Eldering Pastor at his church and has been actively involved in mentoring, teaching and training ministries in Connecticut.

He and his wife have 3 grown children and 4 precious granddaughters.
