Here’s How to Work With Us
Since 1986, we’ve partnered with over 35,000 churches, reaching millions of men and empowering them through dynamic training and resources to become influential leaders in their families, churches, and communities.
Personal
Creating and curating resources for men who want to live abundant lives in Christ.
One-On-One
Inspiring and equipping mature Christian men to guide other men toward the goodness and grace of God.
Groups
Providing opportunities for men to connect with a group of brothers, where together they navigate the Christian life.
Churches
Training, supporting, and consulting with men’s leaders in local churches as they build disciple-making ministries.
It All Started with a Bible Study In a Bar.
Our History
In 1986, Patrick “Pat” Morley started a weekly Bible study for men in a bar. Those conversations and teachings gave rise to the publication of his book The Man in the Mirror, named one of the 100 most influential Christian books of the twentieth century. Soon after, Pat left commercial real estate to start the nonprofit organization Man in the Mirror.
Now an international ministry, Man in the Mirror has worked with thousands of churches and millions of men—providing resources, training, and opportunities for men to grow stronger together. And in 2011, we began putting “boots on the ground,” building a dedicated team of Area Directors to strengthen churches and equip men in local communities, offering their services to churches at no charge.
