Bill Dodge is passionate about engaging young men in Jacksonville in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a missionary in his community, he brings men together in community gatherings, equips mature Christian men to become mentors, and helps pastors and church leaders develop custom discipleship strategies. Using Man in the Mirror’s proven set of concepts and strategies, he helps men inside and outside of the church reflect honestly, pursue Jesus wholeheartedly, and live vibrantly.

Bill is the Area Director of the Northeast Florida Coalition for Men’s Discipleship. He was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, but spent the majority of his life in Florida. He attended George Washington University School of Business and graduated with a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. After serving a tour of duty in the USAF, he joined NCR Corporation for a career spanning 45 years. During first half, he worked as a Business Consultant and Administrative Manager, which concluded with Bill helping to centralize all the corporation’s district office administrative functions. In his next position, he worked as a Project Manager on ATM deployments and software development projects for NCR’s major domestic and international financial industry customers. Bill finished his career in business as a Solution Architect responsible for Project Management and ATM Life-Cycle Service Solution.

Prior to joining Man in the Mirror, he served as the Men’s Director at Freedom Christian Fellowship. Currently, he serves as an interim sectional men’s rep for the Peninsular Florida District of the Assemblies of God, and he is an active member of the Greater Jacksonville Men’s Ministry Coalition for Discipleship Leadership Training and Coaching. Bill brings hands-on experience facilitating men’s discipleship in small groups, developing intentional discipleship in the local church, and teaching life-on-life discipleship at district pastor conferences.
