Rob Bussard

Rob Bussard is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding Pensacola to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Rob has worked in high-tech manufacturing and sales support throughout his career and has earned his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvement. Having served as Chaplain and Vice President for a local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, Rob has enjoyed many opportunities to work with various charitable organizations who serve local communities.

Rob and his wife enjoy spending time together on their small farm, working with their horses or in their garden. They especially enjoy times spent with their kids and grandchildren, and they also celebrate God’s handiwork by riding their horses in the countryside or enjoying the beauty of the ocean while walking on the beach.
