Larry Niggli is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding North San Diego County, South Orange County, and South Riverside County to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Larry Niggli is a native San Diegan and currently lives in Vista, CA. He has been the Man in the Mirror Area Director for the Tri-County Region since 2013. He recently retired from over 40 years in the Construction Industry. He graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Wood Science & Technology. He and his wife were married in 1985 and have three grown children. A perpetual student, his life verse is Psalm 86:11 and his favorite Pat Morley book is Devotions for the Man in the Mirror.
