Rob Bussard

Pensacola, Florida

Rob Bussard is passionate about engaging young men in Pensacola in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a missionary in his community, he brings men together in community gatherings, equips mature Christian men to become mentors, and helps pastors and church leaders develop custom discipleship strategies. Using Man in the Mirror’s proven set of concepts and strategies, he helps men inside and outside of the church reflect honestly, pursue Jesus wholeheartedly, and live vibrantly.

Rob has worked in high-tech manufacturing and sales support throughout his career and has earned his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvement. Having served as Chaplain and Vice President for a local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, Rob has enjoyed many opportunities to work with various charitable organizations who serve local communities.

Rob and his wife enjoy spending time together on their small farm, working with their horses or in their garden. They especially enjoy times spent with their kids and grandchildren, and they also celebrate God’s handiwork by riding their horses in the countryside or enjoying the beauty of the ocean while walking on the beach.
