Jim Boetjer is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding Kuna to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Jim Boetjer was born in Kansas, City, Missouri and raised in California. Jim served with the U.S. Marine Corps and is a retired Police Sergeant from San Bernardino, CA. He has an Associate Arts Degree and is a graduate of the California Law Enforcement Leadership Training Institute of California. He is the Area Director for the Treasure Valley. Jim and his wife live in Kuna just outside of Boise, ID.. One might find Jim fishing the many lakes and rivers around his home, still hoping for “the big one.” He also enjoys backpacking and hiking and spending lots of time with his family and Grandkids.
