Andrew Windbigler

Andrew Windbigler is passionate about engaging young men in Warsaw in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a missionary in his community, he brings men together in community gatherings, equips mature Christian men to become mentors, and helps pastors and church leaders develop custom discipleship strategies. Using Man in the Mirror’s proven set of concepts and strategies, he helps men inside and outside of the church reflect honestly, pursue Jesus wholeheartedly, and live vibrantly.

Andrew was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana and now lives with his wife and son in Warsaw, Indiana. Andrew did not grow up in church but began a relationship with Jesus years ago after being invited to church by a close friend. Andrew graduated from Huntington University in 2023 with his B.S. in Non-Profit Leadership and has been working with men in addiction for the last few years. Andrew is involved with his home church, New Song, leading at men’s retreats and leading small groups. Andrew did not have the greatest fatherly influence and involvement growing up and has seen the effect this has on men. He is passionate about helping men become the fathers, husbands, and followers of Jesus that they are created to be. Andrew is an avid sports fan, when he is not cheering on the Chicago Cubs, and Indianapolis Colts, he is busy losing in his fantasy football league.
