Eric Blackwell is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding Pacoima to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.
Eric Blackwell grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He is a humble servant of Jesus Christ who is passionate about reaching and discipling men. Prior to Man in the Mirror, Eric served in various leadership and teaching capacities in the men’s ministry of his local church. Eric is a former officer in the U.S. Air Force and holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and an M.S. degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
Eric is married and has 2 teenage sons and an adult daughter. Following in his dad’s footsteps, Eric is a passionate fan of basketball and football – Go Chiefs! Like his dad, Eric loves coaching and has coached his daughter and sons’ youth basketball teams to several championships.
