Phil Elmore

Phil Elmore  is passionate about engaging young men in Covington in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a missionary in his community, he brings men together in community gatherings, equips mature Christian men to become mentors, and helps pastors and church leaders develop custom discipleship strategies. Using Man in the Mirror’s proven set of concepts and strategies, he helps men inside and outside of the church reflect honestly, pursue Jesus wholeheartedly, and live vibrantly.

Phil Elmore was born in Sidney, Ohio. He has served in full-time ministry for nearly 18 years, having been a church planter and Lead Pastor for two of the three churches he has led. Additionally, Phil in a certified Police Chaplain. He lives in Covington, Ohio, with his wife and has three grown boys. In his free time, he likes to canoe in the rivers and lakes in Western Ohio.
