Phil Elmore is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding Covington to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men, while providing ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.
Phil Elmore was born in Sidney, Ohio. He has served in full-time ministry for nearly 18 years, having been a church planter and Lead Pastor for two of the three churches he has led. Additionally, Phil in a certified Police Chaplain. He lives in Covington, Ohio, with his wife and has three grown boys. In his free time, he likes to canoe in the rivers and lakes in Western Ohio.
