Thomas Alexander is committed to strengthening churches and equipping Christian men in the communities surrounding Gadsden to engage in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a trained Man in the Mirror consultant, he guides leaders through a comprehensive strategy to reach and disciple men while providing ongoing support and encouragement at every step.
Thomas is a seasoned resident of the Gadsden area, having spent most of his life there, except for his eight-year tenure in the United States Army. During his stint in the Army, Thomas underwent extensive leadership training, which has proved highly effective in establishing meaningful relationships with diverse men, as well as serving as a Ministry to Men discipleship leader at his local church. Thomas is honored and privileged to serve as an Area Director for Man in the Mirror.
Thomas has a heart for ministering and serving the men in his local home church. He’s also dedicated to helping pastors and men of churches in the surrounding area of Gadsden. What really drives him is the intentional relational discipleship of other men. His favorite Scripture for reaching men is Colossians 1:28: Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
Thomas is also a family man, happily married with two sons and one daughter, along with several grandchildren. When he’s not spending time with his grandkids, he enjoys reading and traveling, hiking trails, and camping. He’s always wanted to visit Ireland and Scotland, and hopes to make that dream a reality someday.
