In 1986 Pat started a men’s Bible study (in a bar, no less!)—a study he still teaches. After writing The Man in the Mirror—named one of the 100 most influential Christian books of the 20th century—Pat founded the ministry, Man in the Mirror. Author of 23 books his latest works are From Broken Boy to Mended Man and What If Christianity Is True? He and his wife live in Winter Park, Florida.

After a career in social services and business, Brett joined the ministry in 2000. After experiencing life change reading The Man in the Mirror with a small group of men at his church and a spectacular business failure, Brett was ready when the opportunity arose. He has worked in almost every department becoming President in 2016. Brett grew up outside of Boston, but Florida is where he and his wife Kimberly have lived their entire marriage, raising two amazing kids. He is active at his church, teaching, leading a men’s group, and being a spiritual father.

Jim Daly is president of Focus on the Family and host of its daily radio broadcast, heard by more than 6 million listeners a week on nearly 2,000 radio stations across the U.S. Daly started his career at Focus in 1989 as an assistant to the president. He was appointed international field director for Asia, Africa, and Australia in 1992, and in 1997 was promoted to VP of the International Division. In 2004, Daly was appointed COO, the role he held until he was handpicked by founder Dr. James Dobson to be President. Jim is also the author of several books and has been married to his wife, Jean, since 1986. They have two sons and reside in Colorado Springs.
