We’ve seen it time and again: when you equip leaders, you equip communities. We want to carry on the legacy of the early church by fostering discipleship. Just as Paul guided his disciple Timothy and trained him to lead, it is our duty to disciple others and to see the fruits of these labors replicate themselves over generations. This self-sustaining cycle is the heart of discipleship and leadership — pouring wisdom, compassion, and guidance into someone else who can, in turn, pour into others.

As we’ve worked with churches across the country, we’ve noticed a common challenge: most men’s ministries don’t struggle because of a lack of passion; they struggle because they lack a clear plan and equipped leaders.

We’ve built mentorship into much of what we do, from our Area Directors who support local churches to our materials like the Spiritual Fathers initiative. These resources provide a roadmap for older and younger men to walk through life together, building trust and strengthening faith along the way.

The beauty of this work is that it’s bigger than us. Through partnerships with churches, leaders, and organizations, we’re seeing the vision for men’s ministry expand nationwide — and even globally.
