We are looking to partner with men age 40 and older who both bear fruit of the Spirit and genuinely care for the next generation of men. Our goal is to inspire and equip them them to be spiritual fathers to younger men who are hungry for close relationship and loving guidance.
We firmly believe that if 10,000 mature Christian men will step into the lives of other men to guide them with the attentiveness, love, and intentionality of a father, we will see real change in our churches, cities, and world.
Currently, we are in the midst of a beta test, launched in the fall of 2022 in seven different cities—Orlando, Phoenix, Houston, Indianapolis, San Diego, Dayton, and Naples. We invited mature Christian men in each of these areas of the country to join us for a full-day orientation. Our desire was to gauge interest, inspire, and prepare them to serve and disciple younger adult men with the loving heart of a father.
We have provided participants with a Spiritual Fathers Guidebook and ongoing support as we test processes, approaches, and resources. By sharing their feedback and experiences as they engage as spiritual fathers in this pilot phase, they are playing a vital role in the success of this initiative moving forward.
A full rollout of this Spiritual Fathers initiative is planned for the second half of 2023. Our prayer is that this is the start of a movement of intergenerational engagement and discipleship among men. We hope you’ll partner with us in this effort!
